Well. Haven't posted anything much this summer yet.
I have this lovely new apartment I share with Scott , and now these 2 lovely ladies as well.
They are great company.




I have a few paintings on the go. But if I don't get my ass in gear to finish them I will post some of my scribbles later.

Roller skates are amazing. if I don't get a pair soon, bad things will happen.
I can't stop painting birds lately. Hopefully its just a phase. Playing with line again.Kinda diggin' it.

Ah! Finishing up the last project of 3rd year at Sheridan.
THis project is probably my biggest regret, as far as how much effort I put in to it so far.
Its an after effects animation for our Electronic Media course.

Space Song by the Besties. Have about 10 seconds done so not quite done. (hah!)
Have most of the characters and images separated and ready to go though.

branding project for school. trying to do something a bit more linear, I need to have more variety in my work.
Pretty happy with how these turned out, though I might tweak a few of them a bit. Each image illustrates a different benefit of bike riding.
1. Beating the Traffic
2. Economically friendly
3. Spreading the green
4. building a community.

giant self portraits

Honestly, the whole idea of doing a massive drawing of our own faces upsets me. Just screams narcissist.
.... that being said, I did it anyways.
Drawing big is so freeing. Had a lot of fun with this, and really didn't worry about a lot of the issues I do when working smaller. For sure I am going to do more large scale work over the summer. Almost there... <3

so I've been trying to get myself set up for the summer. still searching for the right co-op and part-time job. but hey got myself a place to live, so that's one thing off the list.

I need to sit down and scan things. I also have some giant drawings I want to photograph in the next week or two. For now here is a silly page from my sketch book. Inspired by a set up in my life drawing class.
